The information contained in the table below applies to domestic flights in Spanish territory.

If the child has their own identity document, it is recommended that they carry it with them to travel. |

Travel documents
In addition to the identity document, if travelling at a discounted rate, it will be necessary to show the documentation* that proves this condition (e.g. residency, large family etc.)
Supporting documentation for Ceuta residents
– Citizens of Spain, the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland: certificate from the town/city council with which you are registered, according to the standard model in Annex I of Royal Decree 1340/2007 (no other document will be accepted as valid) as well as the national ID card or passport.
– Spanish minors aged under 14 years of age without ID card: the certificate from the town/city council with which they are registered.
– Non-EU citizens: the certificate from the town/city hall with which they are registered, according to the standard model in Annex I of Royal Decree 1340/2007, along with the residency card, which should state their status as a family member of a European Union citizen, or long-duration or permanent resident.
– Family members of citizens of European Union member states or any other State that is part of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and the national citizens of third countries who are long-term residents: Spanish residence card stating European Union citizen family member status or foreigner’s identity card stating their condition as long-term resident respectively.
– Member of parliament or senator credentials, accompanied by the national ID card
* the passenger shall only be required to prove their status as resident if they have not been able to validate it during the purchasing process. Any passenger who has validated the residency discount when making the purchase is only required to present the travel documents, as established in the above table.
Supporting documentation for large families
Passengers who have benefited from a discount due to their “large family” status (as established in the Ministry of Development Order 3837/2006) must present the Large Family book or certificate (Título de Familia Numerosa) issued by their Autonomous Community at check in.
